How a upgrade rental works
Pick upgrade and a validity window in your panel. The number is delivered straight away and shown with its expiry date. Enter it in upgrade; each message upgrade sends to it appears on the number's page within moments, with the code picked out.
Every number also has a private share link that shows its codes live without logging in — useful when you buy numbers for someone else.

- Is the upgrade number a real SIM?
- Yes. It is a physical SIM on a US carrier (USA · T-Mobile), not a VoIP or virtual line, so upgrade treats it like any mobile number.
- How long can I keep the upgrade number?
- For the validity window you buy. The exact expiry date is shown on the number as soon as it is delivered; after that the number may be issued to someone else.
- Can I get a refund?
- If a number cannot be delivered you are not charged. A delivered number is not refundable.
